Update #1: Added new icons and fix bug, because of which does not apply theme.
Update #2: Revised some icons and added new ones.

Installing: Just drop the theme in /private/var/stash/Themes.XXXXXX/ and enable with Winterboard.
Some icons need are manual replace , they are in the "Manual replacet" folder.
